Yokkao lined the bellypad with multiple layers of shock absorbing foam padding. The velcro closure on the back of the belly pad enables you to quickly go from one exercise to the other.

 

You can wear the Yokkao belly pad while training with focus mitts for a realistic simulation of a fight with minimal damage to the trainer. The targets on the side of the bellypad give the fighter a good indication of vulnerable areas on the body, such as the spleen and liver.
